ip 2 country database updates

As stated in the documentation on tracewatch 0.234 you might have problems updating to a newer database..
I kinda found out that when you opened the file with a text editor and replaced all the "" by " " <- space added
there are no failures to load it up in the mysql database :)

the updates actually add some other countries to the list, I can definitely see improvements there.
Anyway, in a new release of tracewatch, shouldn't it be nice to have a update tool for the existing visitors...
you see, when you updated the database you still have an awful lot of unknown countries, it would be nice when it's possible to update those records as well, meaning the entire counter becomes even more detailed.
I made an effortless attempt to create such a script myself, but because I cannot look into your code I'm kinda lost, in the end I'm not a php programmer... c is more my thing :)

I love tracewatch, and I used it for over a year of 6 now, it's just the best tracker out there :)

this problem is solved in 0.3b, any problematic line in the ip-to-country.csv file gets ignored :)

Currently when developing TraceWatch I assume that what's done is done and TraceWatch is never going back to correct
the last month's reports, this makes problems less complicated and solutions use less resources.

you see, when you updated the database you still have an awful lot of unknown countries, it would be nice when it's possible to update those records as well, meaning the entire counter becomes even more detailed.

This happens because every IP address that is currently in DB have it's country cached, and that cache doesn't expire as long as that IP is in DB.
There should be an option to expire the whole cache when ip-to-country database in update, I'll add that.

Thanks,
